According to Chevrolet Canada, the future Chevrolet Blazer EV will have a starting price of $54,997 for the entry-level version, scheduled for winter 2024. Information available so far shows that the electric Chevrolet Blazer EV will be offered in 4 versions, namely:
- 1LT: $54,997
- 2LT: $59,597
- RS: $64,297
- SS: $83,997
These will not be marketed simultaneously, and some of them will arrive earlier; thus, the 2LT and RS models will be the first to hit the market as early as summer 2023, while the powerful SS version will follow a few months later, in autumn 2023. The base model (1LT) will close the gap with a later arrival, in winter 2024.
Surprisingly high-performance models
Although very few details have yet been revealed about the performance of the Chevrolet Blazer EV, we do know that the SS version is expected to boast over 500 horsepower, enabling it to accelerate from 0-96 km/h (0-60 mph) in under 4 seconds if the performance wattage mode is activated. The power of other versions has not yet been announced.
In terms of range, this Chevrolet SUV will be able to cover up to 400 kilometers in its 1LT version, rising to 470 kilometers with the 2LT model and up to 515 kilometers with the Blazer EV RS. The range for the powerful SS version is not yet known.
Finally, depending on the version and options selected, this electric Chevrolet SUV will feature front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
Interior and exterior design
Sturdiness and elegance are still the hallmarks of the Blazer, even in its electric version. Depending on the model, this electric Chevrolet SUV can be fitted with wheels ranging from 19 to 22 inches in diameter, and feature one of the following body colors:
- White top
- Black
- Pearl iridescent tri-coat
- Sterling grey metallic
- Bright red metallic
- Fiery Red
- Galactic Grey metallic
- Breaking Blue metallic
Its muscular front end, striking lighting design and dynamic lines are sure to please!
As for the interior, you can choose between red, black or grey, some with orange accents and stitching on the doors and seats, among others.
In terms of dimensions, it can accommodate up to 5 occupants and their luggage; however, its cargo volume is not yet known, but in the case of the gasoline-powered Blazer, it varies between 864 and 1818 liters, depending on whether or not the rear seats are folded down.

Although the equipment list for the Chevrolet Blazer EV has not yet been fully revealed, we can assume that it will include features such as heated seats and 2-zone temperature control, for example.
